What does feeling safe in your own skin mean?
Feeling safe in your own skin means accepting your authentic needs and feelings as they arise, and being empowered with the courage to express them compassionately. This profound self-acceptance deepens your connection with yourself while relating to others.
As a child, you may have had to suppress your authenticity as it threatened your ability to maintain attachment with your caregiver to ensure your own survival. This often leads to habitual patterns of disconnecting from your true self to connect with the outside world.
Through Somatic Experiencing® you will release traumatic shock from your nervous system, which is key to transforming patterns that get stuck and impact your daily life. This helps you to identify and befriend your authentic needs. Authentic Relating will support you in finding the language to communicate your internal experience to the outside world.
Together, we will increase your capacity to feel safe in your own skin, fostering a more profound connection with your true self and feeling safe in your relationships with others.

As a certified Somatic Experiencing® Therapist and Level 4 ART Authentic Relating Practitioner, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others navigate the depth of their emotions and experiences. I’m also the founder of Primal Gathering, an international movement focused on building regenerative cultures.
My path of self-discovery has been shaped by the powerful tools of Somatic Experiencing® and body awareness. These practices have not only helped me recognise and honor my own needs, desires, and boundaries but have fundamentally transformed my life.
Now, I’m here to support you in experiencing that same profound acceptance —where you can embrace what’s alive for you, build deeper connections, and live with the confidence that comes from trusting your nature.
